Job Description:

The HR Manager/Officer is responsible for overseeing the human resources functions in a NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers) accredited hospital. The HR professional will manage talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance with labor laws, training & development, and overall HR processes to ensure the hospital meets NABH accreditation standards in human resource management.


Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, EPF, ESIC and labor laws, particularly in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and other tools related to HR management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources, Master in Hospital administration , or a related field.
