Job Description:

Install and configure healthcare IT systems and software Provide technical support to clinical and administrative staff Maintain and troubleshoot EHR and other healthcare applications Ensure compliance with healthcare data security regulations Monitor system performance and perform regular updates Train users on new technologies and software Manage user accounts and access permissions Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for system upgrades Document technical procedures and support activities Respond to and resolve IT service requests in a timely manner

Responsibilities:
